We charge an hourly rate. And we realize that this can be a bit scarey for first time clients. We in no way expect a "blank check" for projects. However, because each project has it's unique challenges in design, this allows us to give an unlimitted number of revisions for the client. Each project has a guaranteed 'courtesy budgetary cap'. No project will go over budget, without an agreement by both parties. Once we have received the initial deposit, we will promptly start work on your project. We strive for clients to receive their first proof within 1-2 business days.
We do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If after reviewing the first proof you are not satisified that you are going to be able to work with us for any reason. We will allow the inital deposit to be transfered to a cancellation fee. And there will be no additional charges, and no questions asked. We have never had to use a cancellation fee, but still we would like it to be an option just in case...we know our clients appreciate the offer.
We utilize software that offers superior time tracking ability. Which translates to savings for the client and accountability for Blue Water Designs. We track each and every job, and offer full disclosure on every project.
Because we specialize in B2B we recognize that sometimes it just makes sense to bill weekly. For our clients convenience we may opt to make this arrangement, especially for multiple or long term projects. Projects are promptly delivered once the balance is paid in full.

Convenient Payments Options.
We offer the following options for clients to pay
We invoice through Paypal.
1. You'll receive an email from us. The subject of the email will indicate it's an invoice from Blue Water Designs.
2. When you've received the email you'll want to click. Click or paste the link in the email and it will take you to a Paypal billing screen.
NOTE: You don't need a Paypal account, you can pay with a major credit card, your checking account, or with your Paypal account, the choice is yours.
3. When Paypal screen comes up, if you DO NOT have a Paypal account, you’ll want to click: Use your credit card or bank account (where available). You can ignore all of the Paypal information as well as the Log In button.
4. When the information screen comes up, fill in the fields with your information and click, "Continue" to make the payment – it’s that easy!
